1. Purpose
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between GamePortal ("Company") and users regarding the use of the internet-based game portal service ("Service").
2. Definitions
"Service" refers to all GamePortal-related services that users can access regardless of device type. "User" refers to anyone who accesses the Company's service and receives services provided by the Company under these Terms.
3. Provision and Modification of Services
The Company provides free web/mobile browser-based hyper-casual game play, game score recording and leaderboard services, and other services developed or provided through partnerships. The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the services for operational or technical reasons.
4. User Obligations
Users must not: manipulate scores or exploit bugs through abnormal methods during service use; engage in other illegal or improper conduct; use nicknames on leaderboards that are offensive to others or violate laws.
5. Disclaimer
The Company is exempt from liability for service provision in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters. The Company is also not responsible for service disruptions caused by user negligence.
